The long lasting rolls really do go a long way, making it convenient and cost effective for everyday use. It’s strong for a 1-ply, doesn’t fall apart, and is gentle enough for daily needs. Simple, dependable, and practical, exactly what you want in a household staple.

Quality control over the thickness of Scott toilet paper has been nonexistent for years. I’ve personally reported serious issues with it but it was never corrected. Now add more problems: some sheets aren’t even connected on the rolls, some rolls have no end of the sheets but appear to be entwined somehow which requires you to rip an opening in order to unroll it, some sheets are missing most of the areas which makes it like lace with huge areas missing, a lot of rolls are super thin which then requires folding into 6-8 ply instead of 4 to keep from getting your hands wet, cardboard roll is bent which makes it awkward when spinning on toilet paper dispenser. I’ve used this brand forever but it’s just not worth the trouble and loss of money anymore since the company seems to not be concerned with quality control of their product.

Lifelong customer here. As was my mother. You have changed by favorite toilet paper int a nearly useless product. It takes great care to get it off the roll without tearing ant takes twice as much to do the job badly compared to the older product. Looking now for a suitable replacement. Probably commercial or industrial grade. My hospital has good toilet paper. Perhaps I’ll check with maintenance to see what brand they use.

To whom it may concern, WE HAVE USED SCOTT BATHROOM TISSUE ALL OF OUR LIVES! AS OF LATE YOUR TISSUE ROLLS HAVE DEVELOPED AN HORRIFIC CHARACTERISTIC! Somehow the starting tabs have become impossible to use to begin to unravel your TISSUE paper rools!!! I can only wish you experience trying to start a new roll in the midd,e of the night wnen all you want to do is pee and go back to sleep!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a one ply toilet paper designed for houses with septic systems or older pipers prone to clogging. Overall this is fairly thin toilet paper, but it still feels soft. I can see the thinness not being for everyone, but you get used to it. Especially when the alternative is an expensive plumber call. I live in an older house that has had issue in the past with pipes being clogged from thicker toilet paper not disintegrating quickly enough before hitting the outflow pipe. So we tend to use 1 ply like this to avoid constant plumbing bills. This toilet paper seemed to do well, flushed easy and no signs of clogging. If you have a septic system or live in an older house and have had issues with other toilet papers clogging this might be worth giving a shot and seeing if it helps.
