Not impressed with the watered down salsa. Very contradictory to their label...

This salsa contains modified corn starch. Industrial food starches like modified corn starch, modified food starch, and maltodextrin are commonly found in many processed foods. These ingredients are often used as fillers to bulk up products (and us!), making them more cost-effective for manufacturers. Many products commonly contain industrial food starches to thicken, stabilize, or preserve them. When consuming processed foods, it is important to read labels and to be mindful of the hidden additives that they may contain. While these starches may seem harmless, they can have serious effects on your health. Modified food starch and maltodextrin are highly processed and refined, often lacking any nutritional value. In fact, they are worse than pure sugar in some cases. These food additives rapidly spike blood sugar levels and can contribute to insulin resistance over time. When consumed in excess, they not only lead to weight gain, particularly around the midsection, but can also increase the risk of developing conditions like type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Didn’t expect the salsa would come in a large size. Living alone I won’t be able to use it all before it goes bad!

Best store-bought salsa out there, and it is a great value. We have been buying this salsa for years.

It may taste good, but when they are trying to rip you off so much that the 2nd most abundant ingredient is water, there's a problem. There shouldn't be ANY water in it.
