Between the dyes & unhealthy amounts of sugar, I would not.This was for someone else, otherwise I would not have bought it.

I buy Gatorade for my crew and myself for work. We work in a extremely hot warehouse so the Gatorade is refreshing. It rehydrates us and give us the refreshing energy to continue working.

This is my favorite flavor of Gatorade! As the green color that you can see through the bottle hints to, it tastes just like an apple sucker! Delicious and great when blood pressure is too low or I need some hydration! So t drink if watching your sodium intake but it's yummy!
