The green frost one is my favorite flavor. And Sam's is the only place I've been able to find anything with the green one in it.

Good price and my family not drinking a lot of water and no one should be going w/o need these liquid suggest taste is delicious

My son drinks these as he works in the heat 5 days a week. He likes them and says they help to replenish the electrolytes in his system.

Gatorade and its competitors were introduced to me as pre-surgery hydrators. This is the third variety pack I've tried, and it is, by far, the best tasting. The cherry-flavored is mild and lacks the odd cough-syrup taste of some brands. The two, blue/green flavors are refreshing and have neutral-citrus tastes. While made with sugar, these are not overly sweet.

No red food dyes. White option has no food dyes. Other one has blue, and blue and yellow.
