Purchased online and shipped to my house. Package was intact but when i went to open the lid, the plastic disintegrated. I don't know if this item was stored in a hot warehouse for an extended period of time or what caused it to fail. Product seemed to work ok in my dishwasher. Luckily, I kept the pail from a previous purchase and put the new tabs in the old package or I would have returned it.

Doesn?t clean. Waste of money

Did not wash the dishes as clean as cascade would.

Have to remove plastic wrappers because they do not dissolve. Foil,wrappers were much better. Will not purchase again.

Horrible. Plastic doesn't dissolve. Have to remove it first which is a pain. Will return for another kind.

First time using this product. I have to use two tablets and prewash everything. I've never had to do this before. Very disappointed.

I switched to this about three years ago. I like the cost, how well it cleans and the fact I don't have to unwrap

Does not clean dishes without first rinsing them, totally defeats the purpose of a dishwasher at that point.
