I've used Finish for years and never had a problem. These are different. They leave a disgusting residue. Some things come out caked and some are slimy. I've cleaned my dishwasher, thinking it was that but nope, that didn't work. Awful product!

Usually purchase the Members Mark pods but local club was out so bought these. Does not work well in our dishwasher. Often when the cycle is over half of the pod is still sticking to the dispenser. Please stick the Members Mark pacs!

I bought this at Sam's because Cascade Plat. was out of stock. The only way it cleaned the dished is if I washed every speck of food off the plates and silverware.

These have always been the best but they have changed them and put a melt away film on them,now I have to use 2 to get the results I used to get with one. I will never buy them again.

I have had most of the tablets not dissolve fully in the wash cycle. This last wash, 90% of the tablet was still in the receptacle. I wish there was a way to upload photos as proof.

My dishes will not come clean since buying these, even with repeat washes. The tabs are always left half dissolved in the bottom of the dishwasher. Don't waste your time or money.

I didn't realize that these were different than the last ones I had as it had been a long time since I had bought them - with just two of us it takes a while to use over 100 tabs. This new version leaves residue on my dishes. I have written the Customer Service department with no response (twice). So now I remove the outside wrap that they claim dissolves, and that has helped reduce the residue left on the dishes. But it still happens. So I would not recommend these tabs.

On my dishwasher setup, my machines are fed with a booster heater set to 160F(with a digital controller that kicks on at 159F and kicks off at 161F) from a main water heater set to 150F. My dishwasher is about a year old. Hot water, age of cleaning hardware, and disrepair are not problems that exist here. This is about as ideal of a setup as you are going to get when testing automatic dishwasher detergent. I've now tried several different dishwasher detergents (at several dosage strengths) including: - Cascade Complete powder (Greasy dishes no matter how much I used in a given wash - total waste of time) - Finnish powerball tabs (COMPLETE WASTE. I was to the point of putting 4 tabs in each wash. May as well have added none with all the dirt and grease left on my dishes) - Cascade boil-out(hard to find, NOT CHEAP AT ALL, but highly praised by many folks. I tried it - it was no better than cascade complete) - Cascade Platinum pods (No better than the members mark tabs while costing 2.1x as much) - Member's Mark Ultimate Clean Automatic Dishwasher Pacs (This stuff cleans GREAT. even with one tab, though thanks to my experience with the other detergents I've tried, I often run two for extra insurance. Who has time to run their dishes twice in the event of an incomplete clean? Not me.)

I always get the members mark but they didnt have any this time I ordered it. It came well packaged in the box, but somehow the lid to container was broken so it was all everywhere in the box. It was a real disappointment, I havent tried this tabs yet to see how well they work

Do not buy this though it's cheaper than Cascade. I bought it because Cascade didn't have the instant saving I needed, and this brand is cheaper. It turned out to be a disappointment. I didn't need to pre-rinse or wash the dishes with Cascade, but with this i have to pre-wash everything, and I still could see stains.
