Rinse aid is necessary!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Finish makes a great jet dry rinse aid. You need very little but the dishes come out sparkling.

Absolutely useless

Can't spot a difference even after multiple uses. Complete waste.

Hello. We're disappointed to learn about your experience. Our Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid will help water sheet off dishes, leaving fewer water spots, filming and allowing them to dry more quickly. For optimum results, simply fill your rinse aid dispenser with Finish Jet-Dry, and it will automatically be released in the rinse cycle every time your dishwasher runs. As the manufacturer of Finish, we would like to learn more about your experience and help you further. Please call 800-228-4722 between 9:00-5:00 EST (Monday - Friday) or send an email to us at consumercare_usa@rb.com, including the following case number RB0001157270, and we would be more than happy to assist.
