Bad bottle design! Tried to use fill dispenser from full bottle. Grrrr. Very carefully held finger over tiny opening, lowered to fill dispenser and rinse aid goes flying. The bottle might work when it’s half empty. I called the help line printed on the bottle and asked for suggestions on how to fill the reservoir without spilling. She kindly put me on hold to look up the solution and came back to tell me to mop up the spill with paper towels and dispose and then wash the area .

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the only rinse aid we use. I have tried other brands and jet dry was noticeably better, and way better than no rinse aid at all. We do use a water softener and at times there are small salt spots left behind, but otherwise our glasses come out clear.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Product comes in an easy to use bottle which is smaller, due to it being a concentrated solution, making storage easy. Product seemed to work so well in my case and I got sparkling clean dishes with nothing left on them

I wash a ton of dishes...and since Sams does not carry a finish rinse additive from another product, I bought this to try....Holy cow they look like I didn't bother to wash them and my dogs licked them clean or something. Very disappointed and is going back to Sams. Should go in the trash!
