There are lots of choices when it comes to peanut butter, but I find myself buying Jif. There are also a lot of Jif choices. I like Jif Creamy Peanut Butter as a great option. I don't like crunchy, and this is creamy and thick and salty. And the price is always right. 

As most nutritionists and weight lifters will tell you, peanut butter is a near-perfect food. High in protein, relatively low in saturated fat, and easy to eat in a hurry, it's probably the healthiest quick protein-fix outside of a protein shake. And as far as peanut butter brands go, Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter is one of the best. A single 2-table-spoon serving (which, to be honest, is probably a smaller serving than most people eat) contains a good amount of protein (7g), a fair degree of fiber (2g), low sodium (80 mg), and very little carbs (8g). Like all peanut butters it's somewhat high in fat (16g) but relatively low in saturated fat (3g). It should also be noted that though Jif Natural peanut butter contains no artificial flavors or preservatives, it does contain a small amount of added sugar (3g) and is, like Skippy's natural peanut butter, made with palm oil in addition to the natural peanut oil. Die hard natural food-eaters will object to Jif's peanut butter on both of these counts, but from a usability perspective most consumers will probably prefer Jif to "truly" natural peanut butter, which (because peanut oil, unlike palm oil, separates and rises to the top of the jar) is messy and requires frequent stirring before use. Jif's natural peanut butter, on the other hand, looks and tastes exactly the peanut butter most of us have grown up with--only it's better for us!

I won't lie, we really enjoy this. It's undoubtedly creamy, and the flavor is on point. The downside? Sugar content. There is more sugar than I'd like especially when serving children, but it's better used as occasional guilty pleasures rather than nutritional value.

This is hands down my favorite peanut butter. It low sodium and low sugar which is awesome. You can definitely tell it's truly a natural nut butter since there is some separation which is thankfully easily mixed back into the nut butter. It's also very very tasty. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves peanut butter

At first, I was skeptical if the low sodium quality would effect the taste, but it did not! I have been buying jiff for as long as I can remember, so when they experiment, so do I! It was just as yummy without having as much sodium which is better for most people who are being health conscious. Love it. 

This has always been my favorite peanut butter. I love the flavor and texture. Its all I have ever really used since I was a child. I couldn't think of any being any better. Jar is easy and confident. The price is good. I highly recommend and will continue purchasing.

Growing up this was the only peanut butter that I really knew, but it does taste great. The cost I feel as though on the higher side because of the brand, so I think it's safe to say that you can get the offbrand for a cheaper price without sacrificing the flavor of the peanut butter.

This is my favorite peanut butter. It always taste creamy and smooth and full of fresh peanut flavor. Combine it with honey or jam or combo of your choice for a filling sandwich. I spread on celery or crackers for a healthy snack. It's so delicious, and I highly recommend to others to purchase.

I'm a peanut butter snob.... but I don't mean that as a bad thing. just mean I have tried probably every brand out there.... im a really picky peanut butter person. the price is fair, the quality is splendid and the amount in the jar is a very good fair amount. so summer we do alot of quick sandwiche options and peanut butter and honey are a staple in our house. I also find that jif is a great peanut butter for baking with it incorporates nicely and bakes nice and evenly.

I honestly don't know what I would do if my kids could not have peanut butter. They basically live off this stuff. We always have creamy one because my kids don't like chunks in their food. We have it several times a week and always keep a few jars on hand.
