After moving to Florida from NY, I realized that most homes didn't have a coat closet. This was in almost every home on Long Island including the small one bedroom condo I owned for a short time. These hooks help to make up for not having that closet. I can hang my purse and jacket as soon as I come through the door with ease.

They don't damage paint of wood surfaces and are pretty sturdy.

I use these to hang itmes on my mantel, in my entry way, and have at times hanging stockings from a wall when on vacation for the holidays. These items are small and versatile, making their use only limited by your ideas. Once the season is done I just take these off the wall with no mess, put them in the christmas box along with additional sticky pieces for next year. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Medium Designer hooks are perfect for the kitchen. We always have at least three towels hanging up in there. I hope multiple colors will be available, but not a deal breaker. Prolly can't match every shade of "tan" anyway.

I’ve been using them since collage to add storage into my bathrooms and bedrooms. I appreciate that they are minimalistic, so they don’t stand out too much, but at the same time they are hardy and hold a decent amount of weigh without falling.
