We are not fancy chefs that need to make our own sauce. We do eat a lot of dishes where we use this spaghetti sauce to save time and energy and it tastes great.

Prego Meat Sauce is thick, flavorful, and convenient for a quick pasta meal. The meat adds heartiness, though it’s more finely blended than chunky. A little sweet, but overall tasty and reliable.

Rich and savory meat sauce flavor. The texture is amazing, and the taste is so good. There's nothing better than prego my kids love and so do I. Did I mention that the price is so cheap.

Mix one jar with 2 lbs ground chuck, Barilla noodles, and you have a terrific meal!

You cannot beat this deal

I used to make my own spaghetti sauce. I never did again after using Ragu. It has a medium thick texture. Not as thick as some jar sauces. I like the convenience and sometimes add ingredients to make it my own even though it taste great as is.

Good value for a hungry famiy. I wish they carried an organic option.

I use this a few ways, obviously I use it on spaghetti but I add tones spaghetti seasoning and Italian sausage. Second is frying up a dozen Italian sausages with slivered onions and green and red peppers (whole large yellow onion, 3 green 3 red peppers) add the sauce to your sausage and veggies, simmer for 20 minutes covered. A great stand alone dish or serve with Sam's garlic knots

This Prego sauce contained too much sugar. I did not care for the sweetness of it.
