Had this sent as part of a gift to my cousin's house. It arrived damaged. Several cans were badly dented and one or two slit open. Every time I order cans of anything, they come damaged. Everything else in the box was fine and undamaged. So what is up with Sam's shipping canned goods. Once, I could maybe understand, but every time? Needs better packing or more careful workers. Sorry, I have no photos to submit. They are older and don't have the tech to do that.

We were having a wave of cold weather and hubby loves this soup. The Sam's store was out of it, I went online and having aSams plus memberhship (for 35 years) we got it shipped right to our front porch no shipping charge. Such a blessing to have your benefit, makes me feel safe, I hate to be without some item in my pantry.

Everything I order from Sam's Club to be delivered to my home comes with dented cans. I have contacted the company many times, but nothing changes. Do you perhaps put the dented cans aside from the stores and ship them instead? Or perhaps it is the fault of FedEx. Either way, this has caused me to throw away many cans and lose money.

My son who does most of the shopping was thrilled when he found tomato soup in 4 packs as I primarily eat tomato soup unless I'm sick. So he was ecstatic when he found this 12 pack! It just saves trips to the store to pick up more. Who doesn't love Campbell's Tomato soup cooked over the stove with milk in it? Ummm, so creamy and good!
