Spam is a staple in the Prep community especially in unstable times. Tasty, inexpensive, high in calories and protein. I always have plenty of Spam in the pantry!

I grew up in a time when SPAM and eggs and diced fried SPAM with corn was the go to dish for a quick lunch. My mom worked magic with that tasty square meat!

i use spam singles in my lunchbox , for snacks at home and also for backpacking/camping food ! i only wish the Spam Singles came in ALL the flavors they sell , the Bacon flavored would be great for a breakfast sandwich .

I absolutely love fried SPAM! Cut it into slices, fry it until it's crispy around the edges and then enjoy. I either put mayo on bread and make a sandwich or just dip it in mustard.

We mix spam and hamburger to make the best pizza burgers you will ever eat! When making the pizza burgers I always have to cut my self a nice slab of spam to eat while I am cooking! Spam is the best!

No one knows until they know. Many fear the meat brick until you slice it and pan fry it. Destinctive taste so fork it over and share the flav. Spread the goodness.
