I have for breakfast It's incredible fryed then sliced with eggs or on the side of eggs We also have it sometimes with bread like a sandwich and mustard Fast and easy for busy families

from breakfast sandwiches to baked beans. My momma used it when I was a kid and I use it today in my cooking. In fact made an omelet with it last night.

I keep Spam at all times. It stays fresh and available when you need something quick and healthful to serve the family. It makes great sandwiches and is a basic for making whole meals.

While other single containers of SPAM were $3.58 each, this was $12.96. I bought it thinking "Must be a carton of 4...." To my chagrin, only one can came in the order. Buyer beware!!!!
