from breakfast sandwiches to baked beans. My momma used it when I was a kid and I use it today in my cooking. In fact made an omelet with it last night.

This is my short term survival food. I have not opened any, just stocking my shelves for just in case, (not into potato soup or chicken flavored rice) and stores many years past best if eaten by date.

I keep Spam at all times. It stays fresh and available when you need something quick and healthful to serve the family. It makes great sandwiches and is a basic for making whole meals.

While other single containers of SPAM were $3.58 each, this was $12.96. I bought it thinking "Must be a carton of 4...." To my chagrin, only one can came in the order. Buyer beware!!!!

How do you go wrong with a classic? I have spent my life educating people on the delish-ish-ness that is SPAM. Growing up Hawaiian, this was our bacon. Fried spam is by far the best thing this world has. Wait, it's also really good in fried rice. Well, I have been known to make sandwiches with it. I can't be expected to pick just one way to enjoy my SPAM. I like it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spam Classic, a classic food that can be used in many different recipes. For breakfast, in spam egg and potato taquito. The flavors blend perfectly to give you a boost in the morning and hold you out for lunch. At lunch, instead of a BLT try a SLT, spam lettuce and tomato. Brown both sides of a appropriately sized slice of spam, layer it with lettuce and fresh tomatoes and a little mayonnaise and you are set for the rest of the day. Finally for dinner, dice spam into small pieces and mix it up with a pot of beans. Let it cook and simmer and you have a hearty meal that will satisfy the biggest appetite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SPAM has become a staple in our house. When my children were little I would cube up SPAM to use as a finger food. Along with pasta or veggies it made a perfect meal, and I could count on my children to eat and enjoy it. No arguments which as any Mom knows is a Score!!! As my kids have gotten older we still eat and enjoy SPAM. Whether it's on a sandwich, chunked into a salad or breaded and fried. It is definitely a winner!

Spam fed our nation during The Great Depression and fed our American Forces during WWII. If it was good enough for my grandparents,it's good enough for me! I love it baked with a brown sugar glaze,topped with pineapple or fried in butter for a sandwich with white bread and mayo. (The bread crust removed,please).

NOTHING can take the place of 'The Original' Spam! It's nice, once in a while, to try a variety flavor, but I always come back to plain old Spam. It's even good right out of the can. It's a staple in my pantry and can jump into service at a moment's notice.
