SPAM-either you like/love it or you don't. It's a shelf stable canned meat and is versatile when it comes to ways of preparing it. My favorite is the original flavor.

Spam, or Spiced HAM, is a staple of many pantry's across the land. Hormel has been making this product since the 1930's or 1940's. They haven't forgotten how it's made, and it's still as good now as it was then. the price and availability at Walmart are a plus.

Enjoyed this fried with eggs some mornings. This has been around many years, stays consistently good. Going up in price again but still a good buy. A wee bit salty, so buy low sodium if you have problems with salt!
