The Taste is very salty. too salty for me!

Although people often say they think Spam is gross because it's a canned meat, I don't it very delicious!

I use it everyday. It helps fill me. I am on a protien diet so it helps. I also put it in my beans. Add a lot of flavor.

Can spam is the mother of all can meat products.

It's not made with Chicken Lips and Butt holes as others would have you believe. We score ours like a ham. Place cloves, brown sugar and pineapple rings. Dot with cherries and bake like a ham. Mouth watering goodness!!!

We love Spam lunch meat cooked with onion, black pepper, and potatoes. Add fried eggs and toast and you have a banquet!!! Oh, and for those wanting actual food delivered, Walmart does that on their app under delivery and pickup.
