I like the quanity

I have bought this product for the last 7 Years. I noticed that the case went from 36 to 48 late in 2017. I have four cats, and since 01/18 all four hate the fancy feast. I understand one finicky cat but all of them stopped eating it. I was afraid they were sick but I switched to a different food (not offered at Sams) and they started eating again. Sorry Sams you made a small fortune off me (4 cats=5 cases every two weeks) but now because fancy feast changed formula, I?m taking my business elsewhere. Please consider carrying other brands of wet cat food.

I bought this box online 2 times and several times in an actual Sam's store. However, there has been a problem with my online purchases. The content of the boxes ordered online does not match Sam's online description of the product. Description online states 4 kinds of seafood pate. The shipped boxes arriving at my home state 3 kinds of seafoox pate and flaked tuna. The upc codes on the shipped box and the upc code in picture of the box in the online description of the boxes shipped do not match. . Sam's Club is shipping a different one I contacted Sam's Club to report it. I am going to try ordering one more time. If they send me the wrong one again, i will be calling customer service.

I had been buying Fancy feast pate seafood for years, and that's almost all my cats will eat, but last year you changed from a box with 3 kinds with 36 cans to 4kinds with 48cans and my cats do not like the kind that you added 12cans of. I don't want to buy 12cans they don't like . All the other stores still carry the box of 36 that I like,but I just hate that I have to buy it elsewhere an not while shopping at Sam's . I've never seen the box that Sam's has anywhere else either. Sam's please bring back the box you carried for years,with the 3 original flavors, so I don't have to keep buying it elsewhere, you could probably carry both since almost every time I go your fish pate is sold out,both previously and now.

My cat, as many, is spoiled and picky. He loves the classic seafood pate. Sadly each time we've ordered this the Tuna is flake, NOT pate. My cat won't eat it so that is 12 cans that are worthless to me. I don't know if this is a Sam's problem with filling the order or if the manufacturer is shipping the wrong items. Won't be ordering this again. It is a shame because if you can use ALL the cans it is a good deal.

First of all, this box does not contain the shrimp pate. Instead it has flaked tuna, which is not grain-free and my cats can't eat it. Secondly, I have been buying Fancy Feast for years and my kitties have always liked it. I have noticed that the quality of some of the flavors seemed to ebb over time and the last half dozen boxes I have bought here have sat untouched by all seven of my cats. If one or two of them turned their noses up at it, I'd think they were being finicky, but that's not the case. They just plain won't eat it. These guys have dry food and Fancy Feast as a treat twice a day and the sniff it and then try to bury it. Whatever Purina is doing to this food, they're destroying their own customer base. I can't afford to keep throwing out cat food.
