I have been using Coffee mate since....forever. My parents used it. However, I noticed changes in the taste and texture after putting it in my coffee - no longer as creamy and smooth as it used to be. And it takes twice as much to achieve even a distant likeness to the way it used to be. What happened? If something isn't broke, don't try to fix it. Go back to your old formula. Let the consumer decide by taste tests what is best.

It makes the creamer have a nutty, hazelnut flavour that everyone does not like. Two new ingredients I can see on your new labels. One is annato. If this is the source of the aroma and taste please take it out. We like our regular plain coffee mate

I have been a coffee mate user for a long time and loved it but I have just opened a new tub and I noticed straight away the consistency has changed but I dident think too much of it … until I tasted it, I'm not happy the taste has completely changed, it tastes like a cheep inferior brand that I could have bought from the bottom shelf of any supermarket.. I will definitely not be buying again.

Only creamer i will use if I have a choice unless using a flavored creamer. For people that say its less creamy I disagree. I probably use more creamer then i used to also but as we age we lose taste buds so that's probably the reason some people like myself now use more creamer then before. Still very delicious, please keep making the same way as your making now .

I used to sit with my Grandfather in the morning and sip coffee. I remember him pouring me a drop of coffee and Coffee Mate. We would sip our coffee and I would feel so grown up. I miss him, but coffee with Coffee Mate always bring a smile. Thanks for the memories.

I have been using rich & creamy coffee mate since before I wasn't old enough to drink coffee plus we put it in hot tea as well. I have noticed the recipe has changed over the years...I went from using 1.5 tsps of creamer in my mug of coffee to now for same flavor & appearance I'm using 3tbsps in the exact same mug. The original coffee mate really was rich, creamy & flavorful which I truly miss. The new recipe doesn't compare in flavor nor appearance. I still prefer original flavor coffeemate to any other brand but I truly wish your company would go back to the original creamy recipe from 30 -40 years ago, heck even 10 years ago.

For a while my store didn’t even have Coffeemate. I assumed it was a supply chain problem but now I’m thinking there may have been a production problem and you changed the formula. It is not good. It leaves a nasty film on top of my coffee that also stays in my cup and requires scrubbing to clean. It used to mix into the coffee much better also. Please fix this!

Using a milk derivative and calling it a Non-Dairy creamer is false advertising and extremely misleading. Many of us react to casein. Casein has also been shown to cause cancer. I can't complain directly without agreeing to stupid marketing practices. This is a disgusting corporation that uses slave labor. Looks it up people!!!

Flavor has changed significantly. Its gross. I don't like flavored coffee and it tastes and smells like vanilla. Ugh. Change it back asap!!!!! You are going to lose a lot of business quick if you don't. So many people have noticed the change. No one likes it.

For the first time ever I purchased a Coffemate coffee creamer that was bad. Didn't think it was possible. I was clearly wrong. Product looked normal but when added to coffee it didn't change the color of the coffee and tasted off. I was very disappointed. Very frustrating. Product quality assurance no longer a guarantee.
