This is not a dairy creamer. French vanilla flavor is good. Stored at room temp. Need to use this in 30 days. Hard to use that much in coffee so I make a tastey french vanilla icee with 20 shots of creamer. Nice dessert drink on a hot day.

You can keep this on the cupboard next to your coffee pot, not the fridge! Very convenient.
