I totally recommend these drinks, they are healthy and they make you feel full serves as a breakfast I lost 10 pounds they are delicious, I put some of them in the freezer and take it frozen by lunch time it has melted and is nice and cold I wish they offer other flavors my whole family enjoys these healthy drinks
