I used it in a smoothie I made for myself today (I forgot to take and post a photo of it). It nice there are vitamins and nutrients in it.

It gives me the vitamins and energy I need. It comes in a cardboard carton. It is healthy for breakfast or anytime of day.

Thankfully, he is always thirsty in the morning so he will actually drink Carnation Breakfast Essentials without any problems. I like that he gets everything he needs in a good breakfast and he likes that he he can have his breakfast while he is getting ready for school in the mornings just by drinking it. The flavor is great. This is a win-win for our household.

I was kind of skeptical with the flavor of mixed berry. But to me as long as you shake it up like you are suppose too it tastes amazing. It was such a hit my son has been requesting I buy these ready to drink instead of the chocolate packets I buy now which would be nice for taking on the go for sure. It keeps my mind at ease knowing that my son will still get some very important vitamins, minerals and protein in his daily shake.
