It’s hard to get the vitimans I need in the morning and do it quickly before I have to go to work but this was great. It filled me up and was great for on the go.

My kids can go from sleep to fully dressed in the yard in 5 minutes flat. They don't seem to have time for a bowl of cereal and a cup of juice so I had to try something to get them through summertime with a healthy nutritional start to the day. These drinks are easy. They grab one on the way out and you feel less guilty. The cap can be put back on if you have one of those slow drinkers. We have only had the cookies n' creme flavor, which they love, but next run I plan to try strawberry. I've read the nutritional facts. Is it the most healthy way to start the day for children? Probably not. Will they drink it? Yes. Is it better than not eating breakfast? YES! Convenience coupled with the good price I call it a Win.

Only 10g of protein will help you to stay active. Has 21 vitamins and minerals. A smooth shake with a mix berry flavor will contend your hunger for a while.

I've tried many brands and flavors of shakes in the past and while he will drink them he had never requested them! Until now! He is crazy about the cookies and cream flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the rich milk chocolate flavor of these but be sure to drink it when it’s cold because if not it has weird aftertaste, at least that was my experience. I liked the packaging and all the essentials nutrients that it has and that is a good alternative for breakfast on the go.
