The mixed berry was so smooth and also pleasant to drink. I made sure it was very cold before I drank it, which in my opinion made it so much better! I've been using this for a few years. I struggle to eat enough in a day (physical issue), and this drink has been a staple in getting me the nutrition I need in a day. Mixed in with whole milk it fills my stomach and elevates a large portion of the hunger pains, nausea and exhaustion. Mixed with coffee and a little creamer it makes an amazing mocha breakfast. It seemed bitter to me. I really liked the fact that it contains vitamins and minerals as well as protein and antioxidants. I would probably like a chocolate flavor better.
