Being a bigger guy, this doesn't fill me up if i'm in a rush, but my kids love it and it is a great alternative to having them eating nothing for breakfast. Easy to drink 8 ounce size bottle provides 10 grams of protein, as much calcium as a cup of yogurt and 21 vitamins/minerals. The protein is good to keep you feeling satisfied and it's much easier than swallowing a vitamin capsule in the morning. Taste is everything so if you like berries and hate protein or nutrition drinks that taste like vitamins, give this a go! It's really good and I definitely recommend it as a simple way to start your day!

Pediasure is all my granddaughter takes since she's special needs. Since the national shortage, can no longer find berry flavored. Tried Carnation Mixed Berries and she's tolerating very well. Her GI clinic is ok with it as the caloric intake is similar.
