So I let him try these and asked for his feedback as a teenager now. He said it tasted more like a protein drink, not really like chocolate milk. Here are somethings I love about it it has 21 vitamins and minerals,10 grams of protein , twice the vitamin d has a glass of milk , has much calcium has 6oz of yogurt, it’s something you can drink on the go . It doesn’t have an after taste . It helps to keep he full until I can grab something to eat. All in all I loved it and will be buying for my family .
