I liked the packaging and all the essentials nutrients that it has and that is a good alternative for breakfast on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The carnation breakfast essentials drink is the perfect on the go, quick breakfast alternative. The flavor I had the as the original nutritional drink with Rich Milk Chocolate flavor. It’s very effective in keeping me full. It comes in a tetra pack of 8oz with resealable mouthpiece, this is great since I can seal it back if I can’t finish. In terms of flavor, it’s very much like Chocolate milk.The drink has a thick creamy texture, which makes it easy to go down. It comes with 10g of protein and 21 minerals, which keeps me full while giving me enough nutrient to keep me going. So far, I find the drink can usually keep me full for at least 4-5 hours if I’m just working at my desk. The only down side is that a touch of the protein drinks favor, personally, I’m not a fan of protein flavor. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

I was feeling unusualy hungry and thought I would give this product a try. It was great curved my hunger and allowed me to focus until lunch. I would def recommend for people on the go.

I was kind of skeptical with the flavor of mixed berry. But to me as long as you shake it up like you are suppose too it tastes amazing. Also kept me going in the morning until my next meal at lunch time.
