I can just grab one in the morning and be on my way. I actually like the flavor and how there is no gross aftertaste. I love the fact that something that is good for you actually tastes good. Here are somethings I love about it it has 21 vitamins and minerals,10 grams of protein , twice the vitamin d has a glass of milk , has much calcium has 6oz of yogurt, it’s something you can drink on the go . It doesn’t have an after taste . It helps to keep he full until I can grab something to eat. All in all I loved it and will be buying for my family .

I hardly ever eat breakfast but thought okay I will try this drink. I have to say it's very good. It has a milky texture and the berry flavor explodes in your mouth. It has 10 grams of protein, total fat is just 4 grams. Theres no artifical flavors, colors or sweeteners. I would recommend this drink for anyone.
