I've been using this for a few years. I struggle to eat enough in a day (physical issue), and this drink has been a staple in getting me the nutrition I need in a day. Mixed in with whole milk it fills my stomach and elevates a large portion of the hunger pains, nausea and exhaustion. Mixed with coffee and a little creamer it makes an amazing mocha breakfast. I am greatful there's a great tasting option to get my nutrition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product from Influenster and Carnation in exchange for my honest opinion. I recieved milk chocolate. It doesn't have much of a vitamin taste to it which is good. You can get your nutrition on the go for and age except young children at 240 calories, triple the amount of vitamin D in milk, 10 grams of protein, us vitamins and minerals. It is gluten-free and gives recycling instructions since it is coated cardboard. Sugar ir a bit high at 11 grams. I think they could do a dark chocolate to get away with less sugar, not sure about the milk chocolate I have. It won't doen smooth and creamy, not too thin or thick.

This Berry flavor is the best and it is so tasty so I have no issues drinking this for breakfast.

I would describe this product as a beverage that taste like someone mixed powder with water and didn't mix it very well. Despite shaking the bottle vigorously, it just has an excess powder taste. With all that being said, it doesn't taste bad at all.

It isn’t a huge drink which I do wish was bigger because it is really tasty. It has a very rich chocolate flavor. I hate when a chocolate is very mild but this one isn’t. It’s a very deliciously rich chocolate. The small drink does contain 10grams of protein which is pretty good in my opinion! My only complaint is with how small the drink is, it does contain quite a bit of sugar and is 240 calories. Not as a bad as some sugary coffee drinks though. Not mad about this one.
