She has never been regular and has associated pain with going to the restroom. So, she holds it in until she can't anymore. By the time she does go she is constipated. This probiotic has actually been helping her. She has been going more frequently and less pain. She has been taking the Culturelle with her fiber gummy. I noticed the change within a couple of weeks of her taking it. She loves the flavor and has no issues taking the chewable tablet. Thanks Smiley360 for letting us try Culturelle fo free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old son is a new fan of Culturelle® Kids Chewables Daily Probiotic. He asks for his "medicine" every morning, and loves to take it. It's hard to get him to only take one! He loves the flavor. He has gotten on a very regular bathroom schedule since beginning to take them. This is a product I have begun recommending to friends, and it will become a regular item in our household. I recieved a box for free in exchange for my fair and honest review.

Allergy labeling is all over the place- on the back of the package it states allergy friendly free from peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat. Side of the package it says dairy, gluten, soy free. Website says dairy, what eat, soy free. So which is it?

I gave these to my children to pump up their immune systems --- they LOVED the taste!! After a few days, they noticed, happier tummies and easiness going to the bathroom. They take them faithfully!! Definitely makes this mom of four very very happy :)
