I gave it to my six year old son and was pleasantly surprised on how it helped him stay regular. The only complaint he had is that they didn't taste very well. They are chewable so it did make them easy to take. It was easy to introduce the probiotic as a new habit in the morning with breakfast. Overall I think this is a great way to help kids digestive system.
