I use Culturelle every and have for some time now. Due to illness I have digestive issues and culturelle helps quite a bit with the discomfort I have without using it.

I have been taking Culturelle only two days, but the second day I had terrible blotting, and gas. The direction do not recommend taking with food or not, doesn't recommend taking morning or not.
