That being said, I have now been taking Culturelle for well over 2 weeks now and I have really noticed a big difference in my overall digestive health, in fact it has got me back on a regular schedule. The capsules are small enough to take easily and I haven't experienced any bloating or gas like I had been previously and road trips are back to being enjoyable. Culturells is going to be a permanent addition to my daily supplement regimen.

It's very easy to take, no after taste. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks but have already been able to see improvement with some of my issues. I've had symptoms of unbalanced digestive health for quite a while. I deal with the upset stomach, bloating, and gas. I was excited to give this a try and learn more about it. After taking this for a few days I really started to notice how it helped. I started feeling better and the bloating started going down. I was like wow, this stuff is really working. Haven't had any side effects or anything, just all good benefits. This is a product I'm going to continue taking.
