It is quite tasteless and doesn't leave any type of after-taste. I really like that it doesn't need any type of refrigeration, so that it can travel easily with you. Overall, its a very nice probiotic to have and use.

I do think this product made me feel somewhat better, though over all my results are somewhat inconclusive. I think because I have maybe more issues than the average person, I need to try Culturelle for a longer stretch of time. However, I would recommend it for anyone with issues that are not too extreme or persistent though, because it did help me improve somewhat.

They we kind enough to send me a box to try. I have been struggling with digestive issues for about 10 years now. I take a lot of things to get me through the day but still have symptoms that linger. I have to say I am very impressed with Culturelle. A lot of my bloat and pain either subsided or went away and was able to gain some of the energy I had been without. I am pleasantly surprised at not only how much I liked the product but also that although it contains lactobacillus, it didn't effect my gut the way that that bacteria usually does. I had no side effects from the product what so ever! I like that the capsules are small and you only need one a day!

I started feeling positive results from this probiotic within a couple days. I have a sensitive stomach which gets upset easily for no reason. Within 30 min of taking a Culturelle pill my stomach calmed & I had no further issues & didn't need to take any other medicine.
