Culturelle Digestive Health has allowed me to enjoy dairy, spicy foods and a few other things that bother my system again! The bloating, gas, and daily discomfort has decreased immensely. The capsule goes down easily, so there isn’t a bad after taste or anything like I have experienced with some other products. So I would just stop using them whether they were helping or not. This was not the case with Culturelle Probiotic Digeative Health. I have recommended it to everyone I know that has stomach or digestion issues. I will definitely continue using it in the future!!!

As I have gotten older, it seems I have to watch everything I eat and drink. I have to pay close attention to activities in which I participate. Digestive issues seemed to come from nowhere. I bought Culturelle before my vacation and I suffer from the sudden need to have a bowel movement (mostly diarrhea). Very inconvenient and difficult to feel comfortable eating outside of my home. I took two a day a few days before and during my vacation and had zero sudden needs to run to the bathroom. What a relief. I will take one Culturelle every day moving forward.
