The packaging makes is convenient to take a few capsules and put in your pocket or purse. I also found that they were helpful in relieving mild digestive discomfort I got after eating some unhealthy food. I like how they do not need to be refrigerated and are vegetarian.

I feel some of the uneasy feeling in my digestive system isn't as much while taking the Culturelle capsules. I don't feel as bloated and gassy while I am taking them either. I take them as told on the box and follow the directions for use, I feel they are definitely worth trying if you feel that your digestive system is out of balance.
