I had a little discomfort at first but starting taking 2 like the directions said and it went away. I am going to start making this part of my daily routine.

I started taking Culturelle Digestive Health Probiotics with little expectations that it would help. I was very surprised and happy that I was wrong. After taking the easy to swallow capsules for 4 days I noticed a HUGE difference. I'm going less often and the diarrhea is gone. After a week of taking the probiotic I accidentally missed taking it and the next day my tummy troubles reminded me I forgot. I'm back on schedule now and will continue to stay on schedule keeping my tummy troubles a thing of the past. Thank you!!

It has definitely helped my stomach and digestive system feel much more settled. I don't seem to get the acid indigestion, bloating or sour tummy feeling I had been getting prior to taking this probiotic. It has allowed me to enjoy going out to eat, fixing a quick meal, and even trying some new "spicier" foods without any distress. I had forgotten how peaceful a tummy could feel and I attribute that peace to Culturelle. I definitely recommend this probiotic and plan to continue taking it so I can stop worrying about tummy troubles. I have been having stomach problems, gas, bloating, diarrhea and started taking Culturelle capsules twice a day for the last 2 weeks. I have seen a big improvement & feeling normal again. I am going to cut back to 1 a day & see if my digestive systems remains the same.

Imagine my surprise when after 1 week I started to notice a difference. Foods that bothered me before no longer did. Just to be sure, I stopped taking it for 5 days. There was a big difference. Foods that had stopped bothering me, once again affected me. I will continue to use this product!
