Since I started taking this product, I've seen tremendous change in my digestive systems. I was worried about how I was going to feel when starting them; as my body was adjusting to these. But thankfully I didn't have any problems. There was no discomfort. I have noticed less bloating since taking them.

I tried this before when my father in law was taking it because he was taking potent antacids...since I was also taking antacids myself, I asked him if I can have one and tried it. Oh boy I felt so good! I would definitely recommend this for it has good bacteria which is very essential in your gut. Plus it helps really well when you are suffering from diarrhea, stomach flu or any discomfort in your tummy! It's such a high quality product that ya'll should try and use!
