Started taking these and I began to experience heartburn. Showed them to my Dr and she stated that the size and amount you have to take is Irritating my Esophagus. So I stopped taking them and the heartburn is gone..

Its a horse of a pill that is green. After a month I personally could not tell any difference, than from my "regular" vitamin. You also can not put it in a month supply pill box because it starts to break down and change color.

Not the product advertised. I decided to try these again, about a year from the first try. They are still not selling the ultra mega version, the ingredients are not the same.

Really works.
