After taking this for a while (almost 2 full bottles), I finally figured out what was making me have heart issues. I felt like I was having my heart skip a beat, palpitations, fluctuating rhythm... it was so strange. I stopped taking these, and I was back to normal within a week. So beware, this is a possible side effect.

I have bought these several times in the past, and liked them fine, but this will be the last time I purchase them. They are now a weird green and the smell is hard to ignore - I am not sure what changed in the formulation but I will be looking for an alternative.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks off and on but more consistently this week. I experience nausea, light headed and dizziness, bright yellow urine, headaches and the last few days AWFUL stomach cramps and diarrhea. I will not purchase, again. I will say that the last time I took any kind of weight loss pill the same thing happened so I could just be how my body reacts. If you have a sensitive stomach and digestive system buyer beware.

I seen these at sams and figured id give it a try. Ive been taking them for 2 weeks now. Pros: Increased energy, noticed some weight loss maybe water. Does not make me feel jittery i always take them after i eat something. Cons: My urine is like bright yellow and kinda smells like the vitamin. Also makes me have to pee way more than i used to. The taste lingers sometimes in your mouth. Pills are a little big.

First of all, when you open the bottle, the smell is terrible... I can't imagine how anyone could take these. Also, I should have looked at the list of ingredients... it's so long and so small is hard to read, but when you read it, you wonder what the heck the stuff is. These can not be good for you. I'm taking them back to Sam's. If they won't give me a refund, I'll just ask them to throw them out.

Good vitamins

I normally purchase One-A-Day Active Metabolism for women but decided to give these a try for a month. I was super hopeful but unfortunately all they seemed to do was change the color of my urine - I found I actually felt worse. They are also huge pills & you must take two. I went back to my One-A-Day and two days later feel great like I did prior to the GNC vitamins. Not sure what the major difference is but they didn't work well for me.

I have been taking this vitamin for several years and loved it. My package arrived last night, the smell is absolutely horrible and I could barely swallow the pill because of the taste. Coloring of the pill is also different. Was the formula changed?
