I have all of the same reviews as everyone below. These are terrible and I was extemely sick from taking these. Will be throwing them away after one use.

These claim to increase your metabolism. They did not do but this for me. I started to gain weight. I only tried these because of the great reviews. Buyer beware.

I recently learned than when a vitamin turns one’s urine hilighter yellow it means the B vitamins are cheaply processed in a way the body can’t really use. I was disappointed a few hours after taking my first to see that effect first hand.

If you are out of energy most days and can't get off the couch or out of bed... This is for you! I have all my coworkers taking these now and they're equally enthused about these! Amazing!!!

I took this product for a week and has my whole medicine cabinet, smelling so bad it is so pungent. Also, I took these for about a week and got a headache every day. Did not give me more energy if anything made me feel worse

At first I thought I could get over the taste and smell. However, it doesn’t go away! Even after you take them then I can still taste it because it makes you burp! So gross

Its a horse of a pill that is green. After a month I personally could not tell any difference, than from my "regular" vitamin. You also can not put it in a month supply pill box because it starts to break down and change color.

I have only been taking these vitamins for about a week and I can feel the difference! My energy level has increased! I do recommend to take them early in the morning, otherwise it'll be harder to fall asleep at night.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks & can tell a difference! Have more energy & they curb my appetite. Bad smell & urine looks neon yellow are the only things I don't like.

The odor is horrific even for a vitamin. Also be aware of the caffeine and take early in the day. I also had bad reflux that tasted as bad as the smell of the vitamins. Took a few but could not handle these problems.
