From a business standpoint I've always found that if you have a great product or service people don't mind paying a little more to get what they really want or like. However when you are paying more and getting less people WILL find something else without looking back. You've had a great product, don't think for a minute that you can keep raising your price and than lower your quality and people will never know the difference. Seasoned cooks are not easily fooled. Just a word to the wise. I make it my practice not to recommend something unless I am fully pleased with it because it is not your name on the line, it is mine! In the past I have used Hellmanns Mayonnaise for salads to serve at weddings because it was the best, when you consider returning to your original recipe I will most definitely recommend this product again!!!

I have no idea why, but I am almost 81 years old and I have been using your mayo for most of my life....especially in my potato salad.....don't think anyone would accept me using any other mayo....my salad is a legend....I live in an apartment complex and we have lots of pitch-ins and everyone here 'expects' me to show up with my potato salad and I say Hellman's gives it the unique taste...so thank you for your product.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For over 50 years, I have used Hellmann's. The recipe changed a few years back and while the taste is almost the same, the texture is runny. It turns runny even while stored in the refrigerator. I bought my last jar 3 months ago for sandwiches, but salads can't be stored overnight because the oil starts to separate. I wish you would fix this. I have moved to purchasing another famous southern mayonnaise which still has the creamy texture that Hellmann's once had.

Something doesn't taste right with Hellman's mayo anymore. For quite a while now I have noticed that there is a rancid oily aftertaste soon after opening. I opened a brand new jar to make potato salad this morning because the Hellman's in the fridge tasted bad, new jar tastes just as bad. Thought I got a bad jar or that it might be old but the use by date is SEP1615 so it isn't old. Don't know what changed, but if I wanted mayonnaise that tasted like this I could by a bargain brand. Whatever you changed, please change it back.

I have been using Hellmann's products since I was a young boy, my mother always made sure we had Hellmann's on hand. I have continued that tradition and 76 years later I'm still using it. I use it on my sandwiches and following making salads with Hellmann's recipes, they wouldn't taste the same using another mayonnaise. Hellmann's is smooth, rich and just the best around. I remember the commercial "Bring out the Hellmann's and bring out the best.

Creamy tasty condiment. I love that this mayonnaise is dairy free. It means I can still enjoy this creamy spread on sandwiches and wraps. It's also great to use in cooking. I don't see mayonnaise as being healthy and I limit my intake. It spreads smoothly, and mixed great with ketchup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tonight for a quick and easy dinner, I busted out the #squeezemoreout bottle of Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise to add to some egg salad I was whipping up. The bottle makes it so easy to quickly measure out how much I needed to add.....so easy, my 3 year old was able do it with me watching her. Took us all of 5 minutes to mix it together and the result was delicious. Easy, yummy, and clean.....what more could a person ask for?!?

The My Hellman's Real Mayonnaise that I have been using for decades has changed, no longer white and fluffy, now it is yellowy and has a strange oily consistency. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to buy this much loved product because the new formula causes stomach cramping and diarrhea for those of us with an intolerance to something in this product. So disappointed and also sick I might add!

A great all around mayonnaise. The flavor is light and not eggy or oily. I typically use this to make homemade coleslaw, dressings, potato salad, tuna/chicken salad and other items. It's also great as a condiment on sandwiches or burgers. A great price as well.
