I have been using Hellmanns for 50 years of my life. My mother and grandmother used it. The last jar I bought was not Hellmanns! It is not thick-it is soupy and the flavor is not the same. My potato salad is awful. I am so disappointed. Will have to find somwthing else.

I have been using Hellmann's mayo...the REAL thing, for well over 60 years and it was also the only mayo my mother and grandmother used.  It makes a great macaroni or potato salad and is excellent on sandwiches too.  I also tried a few different coatings on chicken breast with the mayo base.  That was wonderful!

I decided to try out the new bottle while making potato salad! I love the new locking cap for sure and the new design is very nice, however I did notice after my bottle set out for a few minutes and I took the cap off the mayo just seemed to spew out every where! That is my only complaint! The taste was amazing as always and my potato salad was a hit!

Honestly I prefer mayonnaise more creamy but this one have enough taste without use so much on the recipes or spreads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all brands of mayo but Hellmanns has always toped my list, even famoue chiefs use it, it's smooth ,tasty and the best as it said's bring out the Hellmanna and bring out the best, well try it for yourself , it's been the tops for years and will continue to stay the tops. If you're reading this now, I'd suggest you try it. For taste, it's just perfection. It's not too salty but just enough to add zing to your sandwich or salad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hellmanns in the squeeze bottle is easy to use. It comes out easily if you store it on it's cap in the fridge. It saves time and is very neat. When you stop squeezing, the mayo stops coming out. Just close the cap and store on the cap so it will be ready for the next use.

Mayo is a staple in our home, we use it on sandwiches, pasta salad, coat chicken cutlets in it instead of eggs before breading makes them so much creamier. Great value for the quality, usually find deals at thr local grocery store. Extremely satisfied have been for years.

You guys say you haven't changed the recipe but it don't taste the same. I've been eating it all my life and it never tasted like this. You might not have changed the ingredients but ypu got cheaper ingredients or changed the preservatives in it. I stop getting certain ranch bc this taste was in it. Do better. I've thrown away several jars bc I thought something was wrong with it but no. You just are trying to make more profit. Shame on you. You have lost a customer for sure. Bring back the better ingredients or ypu will loose alot of mo ey for this decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this Hellmann's Mayonnaise and liked the overall flavor of the product. It has the balance of tanginess and sweetness and it has the right amount of creaminess. I just didn't like the packaging (its was dark on the bottom)

...but it's not anymore. I'm in my late fifties and used hellmann's mayonnaise exclusively my entire life but they've changed to something and it's not for the better. The texture is off and the taste is not nearly as good. At first I thought it was a fluke but the last several jars have all been the same so I am now experimenting with other brands.
