Why is helmets mayo so dark in color now It use to be very white in color now i find to be more grey what happened ( very unappealing,

The only mato i buy i grew up using it and i find it taste way better than any other mayo ive tried. I use it on sandwiches and potato salad n stuff

so good with a ham / turkey and cheese sandwiches and with my burgers it's so tangy and smooth and flavorful

I think Soybean oil is killing your product. I absolutely hate it now and it has been a staple in my house for decades.
