Hellman's real mayonnaise is perfect when you first open the jar, but you need to use it up quickly, after a certain amount of time, the flavor and consistency change, and I find the taste less pleasant.

Love Hellmann's mayonnaise always used it no other brand compares.My only use Hellmann's I think it's number one on the market no other taste as good as this brand i highly recomend it

Something has seriously changed with the recipe. I have been eating Hellmans my entire life and it is not the same. It smells like cooking oil that has gone bad and it tastes the same way. Why ruin something we all knew and loved.

What did you do to the taste? I've been enjoying your mayonnaise for 75 years and now since you put the "New Look, Same Great TASTE" on the label, it doesn't taste the same. I'm so disappointed.

I recently bought 2 packs of this only to find out they have CHANGED THE RECIPE! It's awful! It makes me want to barf in my mouth when I eat it. It tastes greasy and is nauseating. BEWARE! I have had to, unfortunately, switch to Kraft Mayo.
