I use Hellmann's real mayo in just about anything: homemade dressing, sole slaw dressing, Potatoe salad, etc..... I love it!!!!

Their labels contain many boastful health claims (cage free, organic, gluten free etc) but unfortunately contains EDTA which is a TOXIN. Look it up!

Keto friendly, good for aolis and mixed into other things. Good mixed with sriracha. Good for chicken salad.

The only mayo that is worth buying. It is so delicious and doesn't taste like eggs. I love it and it isn't too bad on the calories.
