Omg Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise is definitely one of my favourite condiments of all time. It goes with fruits, and/or with deep fried foods sooooo well. Just dice up some granny smiths, some gala apples, cantaloupe and whatever else fruits you like, toss in the mayo and coat all the fruits lightly... and bam. Most popular fruit salad to have at home or parties.

Hellmanns used to be a favorite food since 1970s. The recipe changes have been noticeable and you've officially taken the amount of soybean oil too far. Sadly, Hellmans I have purchases my last jar. The mayonnaise no longer tastes like real mayonnaise. It takes like mushed tofu with a splash of salt and vinegar. Please make a classic version like the original of my youth. Remember when mayonnaise was made primarily from egg yolks, vinegar and oil?

It doesn't get any more Classic Mayo than Hellman's. It's a staple in my pantry for cooking, sandwich making, salad making, dressing making, all that. It's got a great tang and richness that I just can't go without. You won't catch me without at least one backup in my pantry.

Hellmann's Real Mayo is my number one choice for years. I'm not going to waste my time explaining why - it is simply good. I never buy light surrogate, only real one. But today I was outraged to find that fat content dropped from 11g to 10g per 15ml tablespoon. Please stop spoiling the good product. I'm not going to pay for extra water and stabilizers of density. I would recommend this product - so far - to a friend. Don't make me disappointed.

But you kept the great taste with even less waste, making the best even better. Now it's faster than ever to make my Greater Tuna salad and hot artichoke dip. It's easy, convenient and less messy. It's a great idea for a great product.

I grew up on Hellmann's and I'll use it till the end of time. No other mayonnaise can compare. Just the thought of a fresh tomato sandwich on homemade Italian bread smothered with Hellman's rock my world. I won't eat anyone's potato salad unless it is made with Hellman's. It's that delightful creaminess and eggy taste that does it all. Whatever spices are added just does the trick. Never, ever change your recipe. I use Hellman's on just about everything. While baking chicken, making devilled eggs, creating creamy dressings and dips, there's nothing like a dab of Hellman's. My favorite use is making my Homemade Dill Dip with Hellman's Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Dill Weed, Garlic and Onion Powder and Pickle juice. It has been such a crowd pleaser whether using fresh vegetables, chips, crackers or toasted baguettes. I also put it in my mashed potatoes. As I said before, never change your recipe.

I can't tell you about the other types of Hellman's Mayonnaise but I can tell you all about Hellman's Real Mayonnaise. I grew up on it. I am in my 60s. So, I have used Hellman's for many decades. I have tried other brands like Kraft and store brands but I did not like them at all. I will never buy anything but Hellman's again. I even notice when sub shops use a different mayonnaise on my sub. It just doesn't have the same flavor. Now, maybe I just got used to the taste of Hellman's. Maybe that is the reason that I only like Hellman's. No, not at all. I am very particular about the flavors in my foods. I use spices in my cooking. I don't over spice, I choose exactly which spices to use in which foods and how much of each spice to use in a particular dish. I also use many sauces to enhance the flavor of the foods that I cook. What flavors you add to various foods either bring out the natural flavors, take away from the natural flavors, or overwhelm the natural flavors. It is very important to me to enhance the natural flavors without taking away from them or overwhelming them. This is what chefs do. I'm not a chef but I do care about how my food tastes. So, Hellman's always makes everything taste better. I use it on sandwiches, in macaroni salad, and even in the cakes that I make. Hellman's on tomatoes is amazing. You don't even need to make it into a sandwich. You can just cut up some tomatoes and put Hellman's on top of the slices. It really enhances the flavor of so many foods.

I liked Hellmann's Real mayonnaise, its delicate balanced taste! It has a smooth texture and creamy consistency. At the same time, Hellmann's Real mayonnaise is not too fatty, the one I had was more fatty. It goes well with different dishes, salads, sauces. Hellmann's Real mayonnaise is very light. It is not runny, but not thick either. I think its thickness is ideal. I recommend it!

I have noticed a big difference in Hellmanns Mayonnaise. I googled Hellmans to see if they changed the recipe and mentioned a reason why they would. But did not find an answer. i see other people have noticed as well. The consistancy is terrible now instead of a knife to spread it you need a spoon. Why would you change a product that was perfect!
