It works well for adding flavor. I keep one of the large containers around all the time. It’s better for you than salt, I guess.

What can I say?? This stuff is great. Don’t be scared of the MSG slander. It’s no more “bad” for you than salt. Everything in moderation. Any dish I add this to gets rave reviews.

I have always used Accent,but I could never find it in those 2 pounds containers. The small ones that I always saw was $5.00 and more for 10 ounces. I saw these on Sam’s Club website and the two pounds were only $8.69. I bought 2 of them.
