Just a pinch of MSG improves mediocre dishes greatly. Especially savory foods, soups, pasta, stir fry, the list goes on and on.

This is great for stews, soups, meats, rice beans, veggies.... my grandma always used in all her plates...  that is one of the secrets of why her food always taste different. I recommend for people with hypertension or low sodium diet, using less salt in your meals but with a flavor  enhancer.
