I always buy this razor and the last 3 times I’ve purchased I feel the razor has lost its quality and durability. I have dropped the razor and blade came off, tried to replace it twice and doesn’t work. Bought another razor, went to change the blade, doesn’t work. I’m leaving my long history with this razor and finding another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Gillette Fusion razor I was skeptical about how it was going to work on my thick coarse hair as I don't have good luck with non-electrical razors. I found that the razor worked on parts that weren't as thick as others. I have a beard so I used it to touch up or shape up my beard and it worked as expected because the hair wasn't so long and coarse. I then tried it on my chest hair and it seems like the blades are too close together or something because they seemed to get clogged really fast. I just feel like if you have thin or soft hair the blades will cut really well but once you get a little texture or thickness they failed to do the job completely. I would use this razor again on my facial hair as a touch/shape up but not on any other parts of my body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Fusion razor is a must for everyone. It leaves a clean shave. Most razors can cause irritation . The five blade cartridge makes for a smoother shave. It has a great comfort grip handle. I really liked using this razor. And plan on making this my number one choice in razors. Being a man that has to shave every day, I would definitely would recommend this razor for all men to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the razor itself is comfortable to hold.the blade gives a nice comfortable shave.the blade head moves nicely with the texture of your skin. the blade appears to be easily interchangeable and or replaced.

I've used Gillette razors for years and was happy with the Mach 3 series. I switched to the Fusion razor and was very impressed by how close of a shave I could get. Unfortunately, the blades only last about three shaves before they feel like I'm running a rake over my face. A Mach 3 razor blade used to last a good 20-30 days for me; the shave was never as close, but it represented a great value. Unless the Fusion blades get much cheaper, it's hard to justify the cost of the Fusion blades.

Used to use the Mach series now I use the Fusion Manual razor and it last me 4-6 months each. I guess it has alot to do with the coarse or fine hair types. Nonetheless I keep one at home and one in the gym bag. Price wise it is right on for me. I cant complain as I get amazing mileage on them. Great Product!

We got this razor for my husband to try. With the multiple blades, we were happy to see a close shave that didn't take too long. The trimmer was nice, although not something that he will use often. We only wish that there was a cover for the trimmer as he did knick himself when moving the razor from his face to the sink. As well, with the multiple blades, he did find that he had to rinse the razor more frequently to keep it from clogging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always am skeptical of razors. I usually get ingrown hairs, and bumps. So I decided to do two test with this product. I first decided to try it with 2 days growth, and then with about 5 days of growth. So I busted out my Gillette Fusion razor and tried that two day shave. Amazing that it took little effort, and a couple days after no ingrown hairs or bumps. LOVE IT. So the 5 day test. I put the razor to a test on some good growth. Typically this would take pass after pass. This destroyed that growth, and again to my happiness I did not have to have any ingrown hairs or bumps. I would recommend this product, and will use past this trial.

I have ALWAYS used Gillette but finding another brand soon. The new fushion 5 design is TERRIBLE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO OLD DESIGN. The “jagged teeth” give me a “jagged face”. Very uncomfortable to shave with. Will be back when the original Fushion razor comes back.

I've used this edition since its inception. Though I've been loyal to this product it has never lived up to a blade refill a month. Not even close. Because of price ill use past what I consider due date as comfort defines but overall better than others except safety razors which last about 3 to 4 days If I shave scalp and beard it's nearly a goner and my head is pretty thin. Picture a Franciscan friar with thinning hair lol. But it's the best I can find and am willing to compromise just wish it was closer to the advertised 20 shaves a 4 pack lasts almost a month.
