[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a different model Gillette manual razor for as long as I can remember. Lately, the blades for that razor have been getting increasingly more expensive so I decided to give the Mach 3 a try. A few features that I really like about the Mach 3: 1) It has a very wide blade area. I thought that would be an issue for shaving the spot right under my nose but I didn't have any problems at all. It also allows the blades to get thoroughly cleaned by running water over them which was a nice benefit. 2) The pivoting action of the head is great. It follows the contours of my face nicely and it gives me a close, clean shave. Time will tell how long the blades hold up and need replacement, but so far I really like the new Mach 3. It has some nice features and has been a good upgrade from my old Gillette razor.

I purchased other brands, and after two weeks they started to become dull. The Gillette Mach3 Men's Razor continues to afford very close shaving. Don't have to worry about razor bumps or accidental cuts! Gillette Mach3 Men's Razor is just awesome! I already have recommended it to many of my colleagues.

I have tried all the other blades out there,4 blade,5 blade shavers and have always come back to the Mach 3 shaver,it has always provided a consistent close,smooth head shave.If you are looking for a great shaver to shave your head,Mach 3 is the best out there hands down!!

I’ve always used whatever cheap razor pack I could find at the store and the Mach 3 has proven that was a huge mistake. When using this razor I had no razor bumps or irritation, which actually made me feel a lot better every morning when going to work. The multiple blades also mean less strokes over an area to get even the more stubborn hairs. Overall this is an amazing product! In fact my partner got jealous and bought one too. I feel the package should say something realating to faster shaving time and less strokes compared to the cheaper one blade disposable razors. That is a huge point for me because it means less time and less irritation.

I shave my head every other day so precision, comfort, and closeness is extremely important to me. These blades seem to last longer than others, even with the amount of use I give them. It is lightweight, feels good in the hand, the refills are easy to find(and fairly inexpensive), and most importantly delivers a nice smooth and close shave.

I have been using Mach3 razors for many tears, probably 30. I got my last order (Amazon) and right away look different. Didn't know Gillete changed the lub strip. I thought was a "fake" product as the package says is made in Poland and the above change. That's why I ended here. Whatever you did, it was definitively in the wrong direction. The strip gets super "gluey", like if the blade has been underwater for a week. Not sure if this has anything to do, but a brand new blade feels like is 1 month old and ready to be replaced. Are you going to do smthg about it? If yes, what is the plan? Thanks.

For comfort and closeness of shave I'd rate this nearly as high as my favorite four blade refillable razor and higher than the better quality disposable razors that are available. The handle is comfortable to hold. I didn't nick myself at all but I rarely do any more with any razor. It glides easily over my face. I would definitely recommend the Gillette Mach3 razor and would consider purchasing it in the future if I would get a better deal on it than my favorite four blade refillable razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mach 3 razor appears to be a pretty good razor...No razor burn and my shave was smooth.. The blades easily attach and detach and last through a few shaves. The handle is very light almost to the point of thinking it might break with a little too much pressure... Overall the Mach 3 razor by Gillette shaves well enough, I just wish the handle was a bit larger...
